The farmer from Upper Franconia attaches great importance to his freedom: the ability to divvy up his time at will and make his own decisions. Up to this point he has had a second job while also working on his parents' farm. However, the prospect of taking over the family operation in the near future is there. That is why he is already taking on as much responsibility as if he were independent and self-sufficient. Both are very important for Heiko Kaiser. His reason: every farmer has to adapt to the different whims of nature. Rigid working hours and strict hierarchies have no place here.
