rights announcement:

'We hereby inform you in the name and on behalf of DWS Invest SICAV,

that the voting rights of DWS Invest SICAV fell below the threshold of 3 %
on 3 March 2011 and amounts to 2.912% (192,210 voting rights) in KWS SAAT
