Leeds performs well on light land and whilst grown UK wide, its the strongest performance is in the North where it is well proven on farm.
Leeds is a fast developer and so best suits mid September drilling onwards. Its vigorous growth habit means it can compete with blackgrass and is suitable for later sowing.
Leeds has a 7 rating for Fusarium, one of the best on the Recommended List. Its strong disease profile also includes OWBM resistance, although its mildew will need controlling.
