Knowledgeable, forward-looking and transparent management forms the basis for the trust our business partners, employees, investors and the public have in our company.

As required by statutory provisions and the articles of association, the management at KWS consists of two committees: the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board. The Executive Board manages the company independently and conducts business with third parties. The Supervisory Board appoints, advises and controls the Executive Board in accordance with the provisions of the German Corporate Governance Code. Both committees discuss current situations and business development, market trends and the competitive environment, strategic orientation, the risk situation and risk management system activities, on a continuous and forward-looking basis. As a subcommittee of the Supervisory Board, the Audit Committee monitors the Annual financial accounts and the financial statements of KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA, the consolidated financial statements of the KWS Group, and the quarterly reports for the respective fiscal years.
