Progress continues at a steady pace across the greenhouse facilities as we move closer to completion. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) work is advancing well in the production greenhouses. The teams completed installation of chemigation systems, plumbing for ebb-and-flow benches, and lighting systems. These critical components will support efficient irrigation and optimal growing conditions for future operations.
In the disease greenhouses, significant milestones were achieved this week. Floor sealant was applied throughout the greenhouse spaces, and the steel structure for the Disease Headhouse is now fully erected with windows installed. These steps mark a major advancement in preparing the facility for specialized research activities.
Looking ahead, the crew will begin installing Insulated Metal Panels (IMPs) on the Disease Headhouse, further enclosing the structure, and moving us closer to interior finish work.
