Kimberly Site Construction Update: November 2025

October was a great month for construction progress: All ETFE and IMPs were installed on all the greenhouses, the last concrete floor slabs were poured for the Vernalization Chambers, the Disease Headhouse steel structure has been erected, and IMP and window installation has begun on the Production Headhouse.

Installation of the ETFE is moving along quickly. Here you see representatives from KWS, Ceres Greenhouse Solutions, and Starr Corp discussing the installation of ETFE on one of the Greenhouses.

Shade installation is underway in the Production Greenhouses. Each greenhouse has two shading systems. The photo shows light deprivation curtains that will reduce light emission at night.
