KWS Bezique offers growers potential Group 2 quality in an easy to grow package. Yielding at 104.4% controls, KWS Bezique has an excellent all-round disease package: delivering good resistances of the key varieties such as Septoria (6.1) and yellow rust (7). A shorter strawed spring wheat, KWS Bezique is a later maturing type (+1) to help spread workloads at harvest. KWS Bezique has shown good grain characteristics combined with excellent water absorption, above Group 1 variety KWS Ladum. Overall bake performance has been in-line with spring wheat Group 2s to date.
