Let’s Meet
Depending on the role and location, you may be invited to a video or on-site interview. This is your opportunity to connect with the hiring manager, potential team members, and someone from HR. The conversation typically lasts between 30 and up to 90 minutes and focuses more deeply on your expertise and professional experience.
We want this to be a two-way exchange. You’ll share your skills, achievements, and how you align with our values—like teamwork, inclusion, and customer focus. At the same time, you’ll learn more about the role, the team, and the challenges and opportunities ahead. Feel free to ask questions and explore whether KWS is the right place for you. Individual Assessment Center
For some positions, especially in leadership, we may invite you to an individual assessment center. If this applies to your role, we’ll let you know during the first call. These sessions—virtual or on-site—typically last 1 to 3 hours and give you the chance to demonstrate your leadership skills in front of a small group, including managers, team members, and HR.
