    Values

The difference independence makes.

We view trust, respect and reliability as the key features in a relationship between independent partners – especially considering the growing globalisation of the agriculture industry.

We approach our customers as partners, view them as our peers and hold their experience in high regard. Our aim is to offer them optimum support through our own knowledge and address their requests and needs professionally.

  • We are close to farmers, so we understand the challenges they face.

Who owns KWS.

KWS’s most valuable asset: our entrepreneurial freedom, which we have preserved for six generations and counting. Our family shareholders hold a majority stake in KWS and actively shape the company. And we aim to keep it that way. Because that is the only way we can live and breathe the values our founding family brought tothe business and maintain continuity.

Why that’s a good thing for you.

We consider independence the key to everything. It gives us the freedom we need to act. Not only that – we also base the principles that govern our interactions with customers, business partners and employees on it. The values we bring to our work every day are rooted in independence.
