Andre Germar – "ja ja, OK (well, whatever)"

Andre Germar uses the technique of photograms to create cyanotypes of fences. The photographer and artist works directly with light and shadow to make their structures visible in an abstract form in bright blue.

For Andre Germar, fences are an expression of social boundaries – symbols of a controlling order that he artistically questions in order to reveal spaces for openness and tolerance.
