The layered cut flowers, in their opulence, attain an almost overwhelming presence—a symbol of beauty and transience. By staging the blooms against a velvety, dark background, the tulips and chrysanthemums acquire a sculptural quality, conveying a tension-filled aura between extreme closeness and great distance.

Class 5d of the Rainald-von-Dassel School explored the current art exhibition “Dance of Colors” in the KWS Art Lounge on September 24. Inspired by the impressive works of art, the pupils then took to paper and paint themselves. As a special highlight, a short workshop was part of the school curriculum today.

The exhibition is on display as part of the "Kunst im BiT" series at the KWS Biotechnikum in Einbeck until February.
