This is to notify that funds managed by SKAGEN AS have exceeded the threshold of 3% shareholdings in KWS SAAT AG, Grimsehlstr. 31, Postfach 1463, 37555 Einbeck, Germany, and as of July 20, 2007 it owns 3.58% (which equals 236,461 shares) of the company’s shares. All of these shares are attributable to SKAGEN AS pursuant to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 WpHG.
